BID Index Code Help

Hi I have recently installed a cd 30 with a BID screen to replace the TID. The problem is I think it came out of a petrol, as mine is a diesel I think some of the values maybe wrong. I've looked in the hidden menu and the index code is 008/01. I've looked at some threads about the index codes but can't for the life of me work them out. Car is a 05 CDTi 120, can someone tell me what index code I need and is there anyone in the Bolton, Manchester, Liverpool area can change it for me.

008 is for petrol signum/estate

I've looked and i'm still lost can you give me a clue?

Try looking at your VIN, F somthing. and then what model year is your car, and is it a petrol or diesel..

I think the 'F' number for our cars is shown as characters 7 to 9 of the VIN number. Mine for example is 'F68'. I think the 'F' number stands for bodystyle, which in my case is 'Hatchback'. Something like that anyway.

using that list i think yours should be index code
With BC Without Add On Heater 005
if i get chance tomorrow i will pop out to mine and check what mine is on
