Default Rear silencer removed and wow

Hi guys was changing a strut top bearing tonight and though I would sort out my annoying clunk at the rear end which is my back box of my exhaust hitting my towbar mounts I tried hittin it with a hammer to dent it but it need the whole side bashed in to stop it hitting

So looking at it on the estate it's just 1 15mm bolt and 2 rubber hangers and it pulled off it weighs quite a bit too so now I have just a single piece of pipe from my turbo back as pre cat and dpf is hollow and wow there is not any mote noise really a low rumble on tickover but that goes as soon as you touch the accelerator but the power I have noticed a difference it revs and pulls better now it must be causing some back pressure and the sound Of the turbo now as soon as I back off you can hear the wastegate opening and a Lovly turbo sound I am well impressed

It has how ever cured my clunking too so I'm going to leave it off until mot time now

But quite impressed and take all of 2 mins to put on and take off

If I leave as is will it fail a mot as the pipe now exits just infirm of the rear wheels in the centre

Or if I get some pipe made up to fit would this pass a mot with a length of pipe to rear the rear bumper

My last car had no boxes in it Winnie, just straight through from the turbo. The backbox was replaced by a local Powerflow dealer with a downwards facing pipe for £80. It wasn't much noisier, spooled up a little quicker and sailed through it's MOT without mention.

Question is guys if I leave my car as is with no rear silencer fitted and the exhaust centre section left in ie the exhaust finishes not in the middle of my car just past my back wheels will this fail a mot or will I need to extend the exhaust pipe to my rear number

And if I do have to extend if I use the universal exhaut flexi pipe off eBay will this pass a mot

Also the sound when changing gear now sounds like a dump valve sounds pretty good and I get a nice burble when I give it beans much cheaper then getting custom exhaust is tonremove your back box lol

Cheers guys hope i get some answers soon

God, you have done some stuff lol pretty impressive though. Cant help with the MOT questions, although I cant see why the flexi would be a problem...
