Clutch fitting in Northamptonshire

Need to get my flywheel clutch changed, Is there any good places in Northampton area as my local small ind garage I normaly use quoted me £750.00 not bad price but said they have never done one on a vectra c before puts me off.Thanks

Going to A1 clutch's near Birmingham next week as they only want £650 all in has anyone else used them any good ?

R u getting the dual Mass Flywheel changed as well? and is that included in the £750?
No point in just changing the clutch on its own as the DMF will go at some point in the near future

Yes thats 3 part clutch kit and flywheel
Not that far really as i do 150 - 200 miles a day so just down the road.
Can get LUK clutch kit and Sachs flywheel from euro carparts this month for £441.50 free delivery but very hard to find a garage to do it not supplying there own parts. My normal garage that were quoting £750 saying now can't do it for 1 month as he is on his own and his other monkey of for personal reasons.
A1 clutchs only £650 all in 3 part clutch and flywheel,

Well had the clutch & flywheel done at A1 clutch today took them 4 1/2 hours gave be back old 3 part clutch & flywheel in the LUK box from the new one fitted didn't ask for it but was in the footwell. 12 month,12k on flywheel and 12 month,18k on clutch. All in for £630 , Feals a bit werd but no rattles or judder fingers crossed.

Interesting as I would like a Sachs Flywheel to go with the uprated Sach Clutch. It seems Eurocarparts are used as a distributor rather than a wholesaler for certain companies such as Luk and sachs.
I ordered some Bilsteins on Ebay due to them being cheaper and also out of stock on the Europarts www yet they were delivered from the Europarts warehouse. So they direct deliver (DD) as well, seems to be some big margins in car parts to be made...........
