I think they look a bit rubbish if Im honest... Might look ok'ish if the leds were actually in the mirror itself, but to stick a lump of black plastic ontop the mirror seems a bit naff to me....

When you take the mirror glass out its actually transparent not a solid mirror, so as Lee said they mount on the back. You cant see anything until the LED's light up, and then you will only see the light not the holder.

The other way I've seen it down is leds inside the mirror housing, when they light up it puts a halo of light around the glass.

No No.. they are in the mirror ... ... see the pictures... it goes behind the glass. but now i thought about it it prob wont work with heated mirrors

but wants the point your car tells you they are on and the person behind you can see you rear lights pointless to me
