....where in the world would you like to live and why ?

I'd live in Florida, because life is so much more laid back and they also have the best thunderstorms.

Australia for me, very laid back over there, awesome weather and awesome beaches!!!

And massive house with massive pool for the same price as a half decent house over here too.

I think their current economy problems might prevent it but I'd like to have a house overlooking the sea on the Greek Island of Zakynthos, probably just up the coast from Alykes/Alykanas. I'd have a 4x4 to play on the mountain tracks and a moped to whizz round normal roads on. I'd need to own/(pay someone else to) run a bar/internet cafe to pay the bills and then I could enjoy the sun, sand, sea, etc. I'd learn to SCUBA dive properly and have a couple of jetskiis standing by for messing about on. <dreams>....

australia for me too got family over there, they have a much better quality of living, brilliant weather, huge houses for same price for one half the size here, only downside is shortage of water and having huge tanks in the gardens for collecting water other than that id be off in a second if i had the cash, id get a visa no probs cos im a plumbing and heating engineer....

Having lived and work in:

Holland, Ireland, UK, Cyprus, South Africa and New Zealand.

New Zealand would be the place, once my parents pass I will have no ties with the UK and I am going back. Just spent 3 years over there. I have been back 4 weeks and miss the place like mad already.

Its a long way band it feels like it after a while, I did miss europe and the access to other countries. but it is so beautiful, with ONE BAD SIDE POLICE that are worse than brit cops.

3 years 7 speeding tickets' the cops make **** up wa@@@kers

other than that NZ has my vote.
