Just a quick one guys. Was driving home today from work and the brake wear warning light came on. Check my book and it said front brake is this correct and if so shall i just change the pads or discs too??

Just a quick one guys. Was driving home today from work and the brake wear warning light came on. Check my book and it said front brake is this correct and if so shall i just change the pads or discs too??
Yes, the wear sensor is only on the front.
Discs wear down pretty much the same rate as pads these days, also it quite often works out cheaper to buy a disc/pad kit than the items separately.
You'll also need a new wear sensor as they're not re-usable once they've been activated.
See how big the lip is on the disc, if its hardly noticeable you'll get another set of pads out of them but if its a decent lip change the discs.
