the car does have a nokia car kit in it with cradle and mike above rear view mirror so it could be part of that may have to wait till i get round to sorting interior out to find out if its connected to it.
Thats a bluetooth button for the nokia kit , with the centre piece missing. if you have bluetooth on your phone try to pair it up
yep it pairs up and comes up as nokia ck-7w.
what is missing from the middle as is it attached to phone kit?
its a button to answer calls. i have the kit too
not the cradle to hold the phone, that would be an independant part you put in, when answering a call you can either accept it by the phone or the button you have missing, the scroll turns the volume up or down and in my car i can do this with the radio volume on cd player( havent tried steering wheel controls yet)
cheers will see how it goes when i get round to sorting interior if it no good will bin it and use my parrot
its the centre button thats missing from the answer button. You can answer and hang up if the phone is paired and also if you hold it down for a couple of seconds it will redail your last number in your call lists.. When you try it turn the thumbwheel clockwise so if it is connected through the radio it will be at full volume and come through the speakers if wired up that way
you can get replacement buttons on ebay for next to nothing
I've got one in my car and it doesnt have a phone cradle. Runs my iphone and sony erricson phones no problem
