Doing a charity trek

Iv had the radox muscle salt bath it did nothing lol Ben Nevis was good really nice scenery, scaffeld pike was easily the hardest but we did 3/4 in the dark your on all fores the last 600 metres and snowdon was totally in the dark good luck if you do it I certainly won't be doing it again in a hurry lol

LMAO thats what a few of the people have said that we know! Striding Edge is meant to be a scary one we are going to have a look at that early next year

20 hours is going some, you must have to drive like a nutter to get there to do it all? What were your climbing times? Better you than me doing any of them inthe dark!

Speed wise we were in a landrover 110 defender so couldn't speed but Ben Nevis took 2hrs.15 up 1hr.30 down scaffeld pike 2hrs up 1hr down and snowdon took 2hrs up.
