    Default brake wear sensor

    hi peeps!just wondering where abouts i can cut the wire and twist the wire just as im waiyting for a nnew sensor from ebay and the yellow light is annoyin on the dash!!do u just cut the sensor off then twist the bare wires around each other?heelppp!!

    Seperate them as joined they complete the circuit and put the light on.

    so what do people mean on here when they say cut the wires and join them?

    you can always unplug the sensor and complete the circuit by using a piece of wire in the socket terminals this will put the light out until you get your replacement sensor

    cheers!didnt work with the cut and tape but the circuit joined with a piece of wire has extinguished the light!
