boot will not open!!

please help!!!!! have read quite a few posts on here about boot problems and tried all the normall things but still no joy. i have checked all fuses, changed the boot lock for a new one(including the motor part), have checked the microswitch with a multimeter and that seams to be fine. i am getting voltage to the microswitch and to the lock itself!

any help would be much appreciated thanks

I had the same problem.. It would only open with my key.... I found out that if u lock it with key, then u have to turn it back half a turn then take key out for it to open on central locking... I just turned key fully before taking it out...

Hope its a simple as mine silly prob...lol..

there is no key on my boot lock. the only way to open it is through the back seats. this problem has totally stumped me!
