Thanks for the explanation. You saying the OPEL it's only with AFL. But there are other cars with curve light and don't have AFL. Ex: The new Seat Ibiza and some Skoda like oktavia or Fabia. And all Merc, audi and bmw must have AFL or something like that, to have curve light? I see them all with that!!

When you say curve light im now thinking you mean curb light or guide me home lights as some call them. I can do this: when i turn the car off with the key still in ignition flick the indicator switch towards you as if your flashing full beam. This then turns on your headlights and reverse lights for a small amount of time.

I believe its in the handbook aswell.

No I know what he means, the new Fiats and Mercs (and alot of others) have lights in the front bumper that look like foglights but when you put the indicator on the light on that side comes on too to light up the corner

Just had a look all good intresting functions but a fog light coming on when you indicate isnt my cup of tea.

You don't have to have all of the functions though, you can choose which ones you want

might explain why I've seen a few new shape golfs with what I assumed to be a blown fog bulb (only one fog on going round a roundabout).

Lol I thought that exact same thing, when I kept seeing new cars fitted with it
