Quick trip to Asda today - SPOT THE MISTAKE!

As usual, during a trip to Asda, me takes a walk into the Car section (wife tuts and

as usual)!

Anyway, took a sneaky picture.

A quid for demist pads - that's gotta be a mistake.. I'd surely expect to pay £1.20 for one of those..

, the demist pads were 2 for £1 last week, I bought 2 as well, very handy indeed.

Very true, Asda is

expensive.
To out you in the picture, we usually go to Asda or Tesco and weekly shopping bill with the little one's bits and peices (nappies, etc), typically comes to about £60.00, and a bi-weekly/monthly one is usually nearer to £100.00.
Anyway, 2 weeks ago I said to the misses lets go to Aldi. So we went, and I bought more from there as there were quite a few little goodies. We bought everything bar the nappies (they dont do pampers) and had a full shopping trolley, and yet guess how much the bill came too (bear in mind a weekly shop is usually about £60'ish........

YEP................ £38.00 !

How chuffed was I. So from now on, we are going to Aldi for any shopping thats mid-large!

And if you get it right Aldi quite often have car stuff on the weekly specials.

in the box chamois leathers priced up as £2.78 but asda have them on
their ticket for £2.95

you cant miss that as its even got a red border round them
