inspection light on

could any one help me reset the inspection light (insp)
without going 2 the dealers as i am doing the service my self
plus wat oil do u recommend thanks

press and hold the trip counter button then turn ign on and keep holding the button for about 20 secs will reset it self .
i always use vauxhalls own oil. but i do have a trade account

On some of the newer Vauxhalls you also have to hold the brake pedal down as well.

If you've got the message InSP then this is for fixed term servicing and the mileage remaining to next service doesn't get displayed. That only occurs when the car is on ecoflex service intervals.
