Centre Rear "Seat" on a Signum

Surely a Vec Estate rear seat complete would be the obvious way to go, something to practice next time ET and Duncan are at the same show.

And yes there is a Signum Taxi, but with the same FlexSpace rear seats as any other Signum !

I haven't seen the estate rear seat but assume it's a 1-piece bench? I definately want to keep the individual cushions the Signum has.

Just had a reply from a professional upholsterer I'd emailed - he advises he does indeed have experience of the Signum centre rear seat - he's fitted leather trim to a Travel Assistant for a customer in the past....not what I meant. lol. On the plus side I've found another pro vehicle trimmers who are very local to me, so I'll be popping in to see them on Monday.

I know it's an old(ish) thread, but for anyone interested in this I was having a nosey around EPC today and came across these parts listed under a Taxi Conversion sub-heading.

Cushion pad, described as a Pad Assembly Squab is 9271359
Rear rest cushion pad is 9271354.

They're described as Anthracite vinyl, so it sound like it's a whole replacement cover with, I assume, a thicker padding to it and, I assume again, because of that that the centre seat may not flip around to the tray part and the rear backrest may not fold flat completely.

And before anyone asks, no I'm not converting mine into a taxi! lol I was just looking for the part numbers to do the rear heated seats - pads and switches as the wiring is already there.
