Electrical problem

Just changed my seats just an hour ago. I disconnected the battery after I disconnected the first front seat. I finished the job then reconnected battery and took it for a spin while driving I attempted to set the time but the button on wheel didn't access the setting, I then noticed my stereo wasn't coming on so since changing the seats iv now got no stereo and the function button on the steering wheel ??? Anyone had this before and know a fix please

Have you checked the fuses under the bonnet and next to the glovebox, incase you have accidentally shorted something out?

Sorted It random thing was I disconnected the battery for 30 mind and it must have confused the car to wake up with an aftermarket head unit and a Un paired CID. Basically putting my cd30 back in then adding my aftermarket head unit again reset the rig up. Bizarre - anyway here's some pictures and the troublesome head unit
