How do I know if I have the towing pack?

Hi All,

I wonder if you can help me. I've recently bought a 56 plate 1.9 CDTI 150 Elite Estate (my first Vauxhall-badged Vauxhall as I've previoulsy had a VX220 and a VX220 turbo) and discovered that it has the retractable VX tow bar. Does this mean I have the towing pack (with the self-levelling suspension, TC etc) or was the tow bar available by itself?

the retractable towbar was available by itself;

not sure how to check if you have the 'towing pack' (here it is called Trailer Pack)
but it includes the Trailer Stability Assist as part of the ESP+; so if you have ESP+ (see the symbol of the sliding car in the dashboard after making contact), it could be the case; if not, no trailer pack for sure

Thanks. I do see a triangle with a sliding car in it as I turn the igntion on, so I suppose that means I must have ESP+?

ESP is the same symbol and I thought Vx facelifts do not have TC unless they have ESP+ fitted... so it must be ESP and probably even trailer pack on his 1.9 cdti

There's no TC button - I gather facelifts don't have this? Assuming I've got the tow bar and the ESP+ I assume I must have the self-levelling suspension too as that's part of the towing pack. Good news!
