Fully populated switch panel at last.

Not much of a modification really, but as I fitted the heated seat switches last week, it looked odd with the other two blank, so I bought the Traction control and Sport switches and picked them up tonight.

Was hoping the TC switch would work (I knew the sport one wouldnt obviously) but unfortunately it doesn't but not fussed as I really only bought them to fill the holes.

Got to wire the Sport switch up to the dash light circuit so it lights up with the others (it doesn't at the moment) and got a "plan" to actually use the switches for something else if I ever get time to get round to it.

how much is the sport switch as seen a few on ebay but go for silly monies .
not been to vx to ask price yet as normally cheaper than ebay prices

Got the TC switch... if i find a sport and PP one going at a good price, i might one day put them in mine to get the blanks out.

I would so go for a Double Din headunit if it could interface better with the cars built in display panel.. I like the ability to see my cd/mp3 tracks, radio station etc on the screen.

Think I paid about £11 (retail's about £15 I think), can't remember I've just paid out £612 at Vauxhalls lol. I'll dig the invoice out if I can find it amongst the other stuff later on but all the switches are around the £15 each mark.

Why, are you incapable of searching Ebay yourself then?

I didn't buy my switches from Ebay, I got them straight from the dealers because it was cheaper...

The Alpine unit is an IVA-W505R

Yeah, haven't got round to doing that yet, but it's on the list!
