    Default New Wheels

    Hey guys

Im thinking of buying these wheels next week, 18"

To put on my pre facelift Black Vectra GSi

    What do ya all think?

Does anyone have any idea how my tyre pressure sensors work? whether they are useless with aftermarket alloys etc? (because i havent a clue how the work and where they are lol)

Also does anyone have any idea how much a set of 4 GSi 17" genuine alloys fetch 2nd hand? need to make some of the money back ill be forking out lol, tyres arent very good on them though and will probably need changing. One of the wheels could do with a touch up too and a rather big scuff on one of them, all others fine though. If they dont fetch much ill just keep them and change the car back to standard when i sell in the future

Tyre pressure monitors are part of the valve assembly. You'll need to swap them from your old wheels to keep the system working!

my local alloy warehouse wanted £780 for 18" with budget tyres fitted but the best price i have found by far are alloywheels.com. With budget tyres they are £672 i think. But my local dealer is going to try get a deal and knock them down on price so im not ordering until tuesday to give him time

for the wheels alone i think they are around £480

My GSi has all the extras mate, satnav, incar phone etc, so i dont know if the sri has the tyre pressure sensors or not. Im not very experienced when it comes to vectras
