Front Door Glass Removal
Anyone any hints or tips on doing this?
Have some manor damage and deep scrathes just in my eyeline on the drivers door and am now looking to add a bit of tint on the front, only light to finally get rid of the van look.
Cant seem to find anything bar one talking about removing the rivets from the back runner?
I was assuming full inner door trim removal, exterior trim, runner seal and mirror. then the Torx and it comes out, fit in reverse... I just dont want to get 80% into it then the rest of the evening just swearing at my car
If a ball ache then it can be tinted as is, sod it. Just dont know wether the tint may highlight the damage...

I remember you have to lower the window to a certain level so that the bolts you need to undo lines up with a hole on the interior door skin, then it's just a case of sliding the window off the runners and lifting it out.
If you have a Haynes manual, the guide in there is pretty good as that's what I used to replace my front door and window. If not I can probably photograph it and post it tonight when I get home.
