electric mirror colour caps switch over?

hi im wanting to change the colour caps on my mirror onto another mirror as my one smashed. how do i get the colour cap which is closest to the car off without breaking it? imagesvvv.jpg

remove the casing of the mirror, and then fold it. then you can praise it out.
