didn even know it existed untill yesterday and worked in ilkeson for about 5 yrs passing that way almost every day

booked in for next fri and its the first vectra-c they have done...

took my car in today at 8am, got a call that at 9.30 to say the rear pads were at 70% worn and that they had seen an oil leak nr the gearbox, also said it would be ready by 10.30am.
went to pick it up and they gave me an invoice with parts used, coolant and brake fluid test results and note on level of rear pads and oil leak detected, cost me as quoted £109.00 all in. book stamped and service light gone. .

i gave him some flyers and explained about the site and said i would post how good a service they gave me, he was well chuffed and so was i as he saved me £90.00 compared to the dealers pricing..

got home and noticed that not only were brakes greased up but also the door check straps.

quality service, genuine vx parts, warranty not affected by using them, and all with a smile and no bull shyte...why cant main dealers be more like this.....

i will recomend them to all who live in the notts and derbyshire area's..

the vauxhall service centre.. quality company.
