Hi Mate
Bit of both really.
Can understand why VX do not change pollen (cabin) filter every service. I was told only every second service when I challanged my dealer after my first service (14000). Checked the pollen filter myself and it was BLACK (littilarly) and full of dirt, dust, bugs, leaves and mould.
Moral of the story - change pollen filter every service - vx will do this only if you request and charge for it. £30 they wanted so I want to Halfrauds (cant remember how much but was a lot cheaper).
AFTER - no smelly oudor when first putting the air con on and off and the windows stopped steaming up - A MUST FOR ME
