Default Exhaust front pipe and oil leak !!

Well i serviced my 05 1.8 vec club yesturday and straight away noticed something as soon as i had her on stands i seen this,

What do you think of the above its not leaking fumes. just the flexi part has come away from the front pipe. Will i get much longer from it? so apart from good exhaust places where can i get a new front pipe cheap?any where online?

After that i noticed a oil leak now this was like this when i bought the car i just thought there was oil around from the previous owner doing oil changes. As it has never got any worse and is parked in the same place every nite on my drive and ther is no sign of a leak or oil driping onto the area it is parked. but here is the pictures to see what you think,

My front pipe is exactly the same at the flexi, dont worry its not leaking, you'd defiantly know if it was. As for the oil leak i would recommend getting some degreaser on there and power washing it clean to see where its coming from. Maybe just needs a new washer on the sump plug.

G101 will do the job, 4:1 ratio is what ive read on DW, spray, agitate and power wash off, but this is just what ive read. Im an AG man and did my engine with their Engine and Machine cleaner, top job, well happy.
