Question Anyone any idea what this is?

I've just follow the excellent How To on replacing the Uppers Control Arms and upon doing this I noticed that one of the bushes near the bottom of the suspension spring is pretty worn out. Does anyone know what its called and what I need to replace it.

Below is an image taken from the How To. right where the socket is on, is where the bush is.

The part is a rear upright or hub carrier, that could need a press to fit the bush, if it's available separately that is!
