Back Box Advise

Hi All,
anyone have any idea how much a new back-box would cost for 2.2 Petrol, do they come with the chrome end?

Is there a stainless one as on the Vectra B (DD, Letter Box) that sort of thing?

thats a hiden ended one mate goes behind the bumper

not myself, that by the looks of it wont hav ethe chrome tip on, they are welded onto end, might be best trying a 2nd hand one

i got a full (from cat back) 2.2 petrol system with twin exits for £150

Is you old one knackered mate? If it's just the skin coming off just pull it off as they are double skinned.

Irmscher do have an exhaust but its not cheap at 400 for the box and 300 for the skirt insert.



The one you've linked doesn't have the chrome tip on it and it's not easy swap over either. Sportex do a back box for about 120 quid if thats any help

it’s not blowing or anything, didn’t know they were doubled skinned, cleaning it today and saw it was rusty with bits hanging off it, so thought it had had it,

Can I just pull the bad bits off it then??
