So i'm looking at some air tools, any pointers? Machine Mart near me seam to have a good range and the prices seam cheap TBH, I always expected air tools to be expensive but that doesn't seam to be the case.

Make sure you have a decent compressor and tank.
and invest in a water separtor/oiler to keep the tools in good condition.
Another pointer....don't use wd40 to oil air tools
I was about to suggest Aldi... saw the advert the other day, thinking about picking up a compressor and couple of tools myself.
I got a jump-starter/compressor from Aldi the other day for £35. Seems fine! 3 year warranty too!
PS, no wd40 John? How do you keep them running free?
It's a penetrating oil. Fair enough if the tool has seized it's fine to use it to free the tool off but it won't give the insides any protection
3 in 1 oil or hydraulic oil are perfect for the job
As a pointer buy the best you can get as the cheap one don't have the guts in them to undo bolts the one air gun I got will cost you over £900 I took it to work as the air gun I was using could not undo a carrier bolt on a lorry brake and it got it off no problem
