I believe it was in July 2008 that VXL stopped taking orders for the Vectra, but I've been wondering if there are any still being registered.

Does anybody here know, will there be any 09s?

the vectra c only went up to the 2008 model year,there will be a few vectras that are unregistered,mainly due to the recesion,a dealer should be able to locate one if you wanted one but the choice will be limited

I've been to my local stealer in october to look at an OPC Vectra they had and they told me I could stil place an order for any Vectra of my liking, 3.0CDTi, OPC, ...

my local dealer has loads of em stock life, design, elite, sri, vxr, in all engine sizes and knocking em out cheap the one i want is the sri .1.9cdti (150) with the xp kit and snowflakes and all the xtras you can think off sat nav leccy sunroof parkin sensors etc etc in silver ive sat in it and its gorgous and they want 12 grand for it
it was a twenty grand car before the insignia came out!!!

Given the choice between that and a brand new 12 grand Insignia, I'd be very stuck on which one to buy.

I 'think' I'd go for the Insignia, although it'd be a hard decision.

(Granted the Insignia would be a 1.8 Exclusive, but I'd have to compare the two)
