    Default Barking dogs

Does anyone have any idea who or how i report barking dogs to? There's one guy in particular he leaves his dog outside in the garden all day while he's at work the ****** thing barks nearly all day long (it's been doing it for the last hour which at the weekend isn't acceptable in my eyes. Surely there must be something i can do about this has anyone had the same bother? Its driving me mad. The dog owner and i more or less work the same hours so i can't get a hold of him to tell him to get something done about the dog. The dog by the way is a wee terrier, one of those wee yappie things and it isn't fed up of hearing it's self!

I think you need to speak to him a couple of times, then put it in writing to him if that fails. I think you're also meant to keep a log. I looked into this at some point as my neighbor had his locked in the conservatory while he was at work and the dogs were non stop barking. I spoke to him on two occasions and now they are not as bad.. Still have their moments from time to time though.

keep a log and if you get on with your neighbour then ask him first. Suggest this to him as it really does work and worth every penny http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MULTIVET-PET-A...QQcmdZViewItem

Drop a note through the owners door first, they may want to do something about it, before the threat of prosecution.

These types of collars don't always work & can sometimes make a dog worse.
