    Default vectra c 2.0 dti 02

    i ia have a problem on mi vectra c dti 2.0 the car have no power after 2.500 rpm error code is p0100 air flow meter or sensor. i alredy put a new one air flow meter and nothing.i left the car on a garage after a few hours they ring because a need a new diesel pump. but they not sure if fix the problem.anyone could help me please

    A diesel fuel pump will be VERY expensive. You may want them to guarantee that it will fix the fault before they replace it.

    Perhaps ask them how they arrived at this decision - and what else they have already tried or would suggest trying first (preferably much cheaper things).

    hi mate they told me they alredy tried the air intake and must be the pump but they not garantee it fix the problem..any sugestion

    I have replaced the EGR on my 3.0CDTi but it was still in limp mode. All it needed was the codes to be reset.

    i tried reset the but still come again,or i have the wrong software. i dont now,just i dont want expende 2.500 pounds on a new pump.

    Check the plug that goes into the air flow sensor. Sometimes it can be the most stupid thing...This happened when we got our 2.2DTi serviced. They forgot to replug the EGR in...

    If your car fires right up and does not cut out then it can NOT be the fuel pump.

    i alredy ckeck all plugs and a new crank sensor the car starts as normal the ligth is on but no power after 2.500 rpm

    yes it can i had one faulty before drove fine up to about 2500 rpm but had a faulty fuel pump,started first time every time just had no guts as it was constantly in limp mode,when pump was changed it was cured and back to full power

    so yes it can fire up and not cut out with a faulty fuel pump,it was driven this way for over a year before it was changed

    to original poster has vauxhall checked your car for split or burst vac pipes?

    the car it was fine till a few days a go i decide put a power chip ,i pay to someone to fit for me, in the end no chip and i have the car f............
