05 to 55 Upgrade

Hi All

Just wondering how easy it is to change from the 05 to 55 front end?

05 front end:

Would i have to inform insurance or could i just say its has a light upgrade?

ahh ive just seen it - not hard but is expensive so ill just trade her in when it bothers me that much
