They will fit I recommend you disconnect the battery and once fitted they will show an airbag fault which can be cleared with a good fault code reader

Removed my original Sri seats and fitted elites, then changed again to Sri leathers.. Battery was never disconnected when I did mine, and on the first change the airbag light came on as the retainer clip on the seat plug snapped. As soon as it was replaced the light went out.

Where as I did this without disconnecting the battery, if I was doing it again I probably would.

Changed loads of interiors and never disconnected the battery. The airbag light will only stay off if you fail to connect everything correctly. Once everything is correct the airbag light will go out without having to be reset or it has in all the times its happened to me

As above, never had a light come up on mine , but battery disconection is probably a wise move

Hmmmmmm.... this brings back memories ..

Ive change 2 Ford Cougar interiors in my time & both times hit major issues !

Im not saying it will be the case with VX but with the Cougar both times the wiring loom / connectors were totally different on both occasions ! i had to hard wire the first set in & the second set was different again , couldnt work it out at all so had to make do without some seat functions.

    Good luck anyhoo..

Thats what you get for owning a Ford. There are no problems as VX use the same plugs on all the Vectra c/Signums for seating.
