    Default Audia A5 srip lighty....LED....things

    HI
    Just bought these
would like to fit them to my car in the fog light grilles on my SRI
how easy is it to connect these.
They are LED strips and have a long thin connecting wire that I have to connect to some source of electricity?

There are no instructions and im about as technically minded as my left nut. Can anyone advise how I connect these?
Or is there anyone in the Fife area who would be happy to come and show me?
    cheers peeps

    can you roughly describe how?
when it comes to me and electrics it back to basics im afraid.
do i simply stick the wire into the connector next to where my side light connection goes ?
    cheers

There are two wires going into each side light so just attach one of the led tails to each - use a scotchlok if you can fit them in - the LED will probably only work if connected the correct way round so check it lights up before committing yourself & if it doesn't just swap the wires around

    OK,
i went out this morning and decided that the LEDs were going on.
opened the bonnet and quickly closed it again

I have no idea how to connect these on the back of the headlamps, i have the xenons with AFL. does this mean it may be more difficult?
I'll be honest i couldnt even get my hand down the back of the unit??
i know, im crap. but i really want to get these fitted can anyone help?

    cheers

The side light circuits will be the same as any other vec mate, won't matter if it has afl or not, would probably be easier to do with the bumper off imo
