How to remove roof rail?

I have already asked this question and been helped with pics but still struggling. In an effort to stop water leak in boot trying to check rivet which believe can be a cause under the roof rail. Have lifted both flaps pulled all the clips out on inside but the boot end is still firmly in place. What is method/technique needed to remove it. Thanks

Have u sealed aerial base that's 90% at fault for water in boot etc I had water inboot sealed aerial. Now no water.

Yes fitted new aerial base and sealed it at same time. Now checking other possible areas that leak.

it can be prised up from the rear first , put a screwdriver (or similar) under it at rear , use a rag so not to damage paintwork , then GENTLY prise it upward .
