1.9 cdti 150hp max power

hey guys..
i was just wondering, what is the max which i can get from my machine, and of course, without blowing up?
i have already chipped it, they said it will be about 200hp. i have upgraded my exhaust to remus, i guess it should give a few hp extra.
what next can i do?
maybe change intercooler, or perhaps upgrade turbo?
i was thinking about 220-230 hp, is it possible?
i think i should change clutch then too?

I think nutron ran about 220-230 bhp with no trouble for a while - until going for gold.

are you guys trying to say that 220-230 is too much for that engine?
ofc, i'd never try 270, but i thought that sth over 220 could be achieved with some modifications... i was obviously wrong?

and one more thing, can i replace my clutch with the one from a v6 diesel?

The 270 bhp was a one off - probably the most powerful one anywhere. Nitrous oxide and a whole host of other mods were implemented to get that much.
As for the V6 clutch on the 1.9 I was wondering about that myself, but I don't think it's possible. Anyone know for sure?

the most you will find your going to get is 200 bhp and thats about 175 to 180 bhp at the wheel but you have a diesel and it all to do with the torque anyway

no remap company will go as far as pre-injection on there map for you to get above that 200bhp mark and at that 200 bhp its going to smoke and there will be nothing you can do about that ,well you can put a faster burning fuel in there to and that will make all the diesel burn

the smoke your going to get is all to do with diesel not being a clean burning fuel as it has its limits ,if the diesel is unburnt then it going to be pumped out the back of your car as unburnt diesel "" black smoke ""the more black smoke the more fuel isnt being used "" the tunning box just pumps more and more fuel in thats why they smoke more than a map ""
