just colour coded the lower lip on my front bumper today cost was less than a £10 and a few hours work if that
the front bumper could do with a respray really but moneys tight at the moment so just holding back a little while

Love it!!.... these skirts are just crying out to be colour coded..
Top job, and a BARGAIN mod....
That looks excellent.
What was the process?
Looking good there mate.
Very clever that! Gives the illusion of a lower bumper for next to nothing, looks wicked
very nice, makes a huge difference doesn't it
im no painter but done alot on my old corsa like this
clean down with warm soapy water
light sand down with wet and dry
wipe down dry and dust free
spray a few coats of plastic primer i did 3 (between each coat i let it dry and used a little wet and dry on it but not after the last coat
spray with colour very light dusty coats leave 10/15 mins between each coat in all i done about 4/5 coats
let dry for a few hours and gave it 3 coats of clear laquare
this is the way i did it there is more and likley wrongs and rights in the above
know what you mean just by colour coding makes it look even lower
i was looking at it when it was off and it looks so daft without it
i cant belive there is only a few screws holding it in as well
was looking at th rear black one what do people think in colour coding this im not 100% on it tho
would be harder to do the back becuase of all the cutouts, more chance of drips and paint building up in the corners. but redbullkid has had it done on his vectra and it looks great
