confused!

I've been looking at changing the Cd30 int my 07 life I have so I can have MP3 & bluetooth capabilities, I have been to halfrauds and they basically fobbed me off and didn't seem like they wanted anything to do with fitting an aftermarket unit. I have searched on line and found this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/320811050142 that appears to be plug and play without the need of fascias and new wiring so the steering controls work. Is this a worth a punt or am I better going for a known brand and getting and stumping up for the other stuff that's needed?

looks a decent bit of kit but it has the crease down the front to match astra/zafira dash not sure about it in vectra,cd70 is a straight swapjust need gps reciever of ebay and you're sorted

does the cd7o have bluetooth? I'm just paranoid about getting a 2nd hand stereo as I've heard they have to have been divorced from the original car and won't work if they haven't

would that allow me to play MP3s as well as the bluetooth function? and can it just be fitted with whats in the box rather than buying different leads?

You can play MP3's via SDcard, USB flash drive and bluetooth using your phone. Google MKi9200
We have it in both of cars (Signum and Vectra) and its brilliant.
You would need a seperate lead to make it plug and play but you can install it without it but you would need to do some wiring

I've just had a look at it on halfords looks good. half the price of that other ebay unit. The wiring myself would be a no go, me and electronics do not mix. I'd rather just pay the £30

I have that parrot kit and it's great. Phone stays in my pocket and it plays my tunes via bluetooth and controlled via the we remote which have located at the back of the gear surround.
