    Default drivers door check strap busted

    Part of the door has come off where the check strap top screw goes in next to the door card. Any one got a check strap I could buy from them

    really need to do mine, clicks really bad when opening the drivers door. does the door card have to come off to change it?

    no there is a how to to fix a clicking check strap

    you need to unbolt from a post twist strap 180 degrees then unbolt from door and twist 180 degrees and bolt it all back up jobs a good un

    On my facelift, the door bolts have the nut on the outside, with the head on the inside. You would have to be very lucky to be able to undo these without them falling into the door.

    the head on the inside it welded to the door check link so they wont fall inside the door if you remove the nuts
