Can anyone venture an idea of how much would be fair to paint two bumpers if they are removed from the car and stripped prepared and ready for final sanding?

*energy* (Rab) on here is a panel beater/spray painter give him a shout and he will give you a good deal and a great job Derek
hi
your looking at about £100-£150 each bumper for just painting
Cheers, pretty much inline with my thoughts.
I am looking at a Black Sapphire Vectra (another black bloomin' Vectra!) but the bumpers have been touch parked on a frequent basis!
I also use touchup on bumpers, for small areas I think it is pointless to respray the entire bumper, after all they are designed to take all the abuse
My rear bumper still has a large score on it, covered over with touchup only noticeable if you run your finger over the bumper (that's how close you need to be)
When I bought the car the dealership had used black paint instead of ultra blue
Different with the metal parts, definitely full repaint on those
Sadly this time and this car they will need spraying by the dealer (I am negotiating) as they will never touch up properly to let me detail the car and correct back.
So if they refuse I will need to get a day and do them myself preferrably with an enthusiast than a regular bodyshop though
was quoted £350 from touchups in Polmadie for both bumpers painted along with a small repair to the rear bumper
Spot on, I might if lucky buy them off ebay in black I suppose
