CD70 sat nav

car went in VX for a recall and the next day went in to the bodyshop to get the slills done before PVS
Saturday before PVS tuned on the S/nav nothing happend ejected the disc no way ,throught bast*rds some one has take out the S/nav disc
so order new upgrade 2006/2007 got the disc tryed to put it in on way some thing in there
went to VX they said bring it in and we will have a look
rang me back saying they have F*** the dics up and the unit (CD70) so they have order me a new one and ring me when it comes in
What about the disc,no good with out the disc
its not covered under warrantee
but when i went to pick the car up had a chat with the guy on recepition he agreed with me that they damage the disc and the unit so they sould come as one package

so am I right in saying they damage both disc and unit they should give me back a new unit and disc under warrantee
