By 'front vent slats' do you mean the air vents ?

If you do, do you mean the centre ones or one of the outboard ones ?

I believe either are replaceable as just the front section with controls and 'slats'. The centre ones come as a pair and form the mounting for the screen.

Not sure about the front 12v socket, except to say all the Vectra I've seen have had a spring loaded cover flap on both front and rear sockets.

No, the front socket comes as 3 seperate parts, not including the cig lighter

If you still have the removed/undamaged bit of plastic you should be able to remove the vent assembly and reconstruct it.....

... if not I dare say the entire item would be cheap enough from a scrappy... although get a price from the stealers first - some parts are surprisingly cheap.

I changed the cigar lighter socket on my 02 club for a 12v socket instead and bought the socket, a seperate outlet ring with cap but also had to buy the 12v socket surround as the panel around the cigar lighter has a smaller circular diameter than the 12v socket, and the flap on the 12v outlet ring wont open using it.

Idle curiousity... but if the aux power socket (lighter socket) worked, why change it ?

One of the things I noticed in a previous life as a trucker was the incredible lack of devices available for the 12/24v power socket compared to the mass available for the standard 12v socket (then termed 'cigar lighter socket', now referred to as 'auxilliary power socket').
