Temp Gauge On A 2.2 Direct SRI

Where should the needle of the temp gauge be under normal running conditions, because after changing my air filter yesterday im now paronoid that my temp gauge is ruinning high, the needle sits about a needles width below half way on the gauge is it just me being paranoid or is it running high

That is where my temp gauge needle sits on my 2.2 direct.

Mine ranges from 85-90, depending on my driving i.e. motorway or just round town.

Yep where mine sits too, unless your booting it for a wee while, then it shifts up a tad

Yep mine sits there as well normally the needle on any gauge will sit halfway if it hits the red then you worry!
