    Default What else can go wrong with my Vectra?

    I brought my 55 Vectra CDTI Estate about 2 1/2 years ago and since then it seems to have turned in to an endless money pit......I would swap it but I figure it owes me big time at (least 15K trouble free mileage!)

    I have replaced the following (that I can remember)

    All Disks and Pads
    Springs
    Alternator
    Turbo Unit
    EGR Valve
    Cam Belt (my choice to have changed)
    Water pump

    Just wondering what else could go wrong from you guys who have done up to 100K...

    Injectors, fuel pump, boost pressure sensor, etc.

    How can you say disks and pads? they are wear and tear items.

    Just wait for the inlet manifold and swirl valves!

    Would be cheaper to run a petrol.

    v6 cdti has had none of the above. and upper rear suspension arms eventualy

    oh oh no just thought had the alternator refurbed. nearly nothing wrong

    mine was refubed before i bought it, but forgot to ask why either noisey or no charging i gess
