I have lost reverse on sri 150 cdti

i cannot select reverse since last night. it just randomly dissapeared. feels too tight and wont push in. its a 2007 150 cdti. has any one else had or herd of this fault before?

thats how my 150 cdti signum started off, then intermittently couldnt get 1st. ended up with a new dual mass flywheel, its quite a common and expensive problem

on the upside depending on your mileage, it should get sorted under warranty

its only on 36k, ill get it booked in tommorow! is it a fiew days job to get this sorted?

have you checked the gear linkage and the brake fluid level??

yeah about 1-2 days with Vauxhall

gear linkage seems ok and all fluid levels are on max. gonna get it into dealers in morning hopfully if they have a car for me to take! just hopr its fixed by friday as i got a 4000 mile week next week and dont fancy doing it in a corsa!! lol

Had something similar in my old Vec-B - was the reverse synchro and had to get the gearbox stripped for it...

Spoke to the dealers in leeds at 8 this morning! they were useless! they just said all i can do is drop it off and wait to hear from them! they dont have any courtisy cars available untill end of nect week! and to top it off they dont know when they can look at it as they say they are short staffed! looks like this gonna get expencive with hire car's now! well gutted!

try a different stealer or don't drop it off until they have a courtesy car available?
