Anyone no what this means

Had orange engine warning light come on on saturday, it went out on its own this morning, had fault code read by a friend and it came back with this
''P0141 O2 Sensor Heater Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 2) C-31'' . anyone no what this is???
