Default Why Courtenay are so good.

Check out this you tube link, it is Stephan Klassens VX220. Some may know that Stephan writes Courtenays maps and Klassen Motors are Courtenays business partner.

Yes you read it right, a 609bhp Z20 LEH Engine, I say LEH, but it has gone way beyond LEh spec.

Then check this one out for those who have not seen it.

The thing I like about Stephan when I have met him, is that if he and Courtenay build a 350bhp Astra VXR for example, they'll build the initial one to mechanically withstand 450bhp + and test it to see how it performs.

Then when they map it to the 350bhp, they know they will have excellent durability.

Oh, I can't say that Opel are running two development Insignia 2.0 Turbo's with the Courtenay/Klassen re-map for evaluation against the 2.8T which is being dropped in all but the VXR.

Well the standard 2.0T in the Insignia is already miles ahead of the 2.0T from the vec/sig anyway...
