Talking Vectra VXR Diesel 1.9 Twin Turbo on its way !!!!!

I've been down to 'Lookers' today (Vauxhall Dealer in Birmingham)....

....and was reliably told that Vauxhall have now decided, after undergoing several discussions, that they will be releasing a Vectra VXR Diesel in around 8-9 months time.

Its going to be a 1.9 CDTi Twin Turbo that will have 212 bhp

Absolutely cant wait, I'm deffo having one of those. I've started saving already

    My dreams have been answered...

Never mind twin turbo's, they need to look at what VW has done to the auto box, direct shift I think it's called, does away with the fuel comsumption loss of conventional auto's, and I know it's real because one of the lads has one, I was reading 36.8 mpg at an average of 16 mph, his was 39.6 and 18 mph.

Well it's a Skoda actually, but i forgot to say that, but an auto doing 4 mpg more than a manual? and its got 140bhp compared to my paltry 100bhp, gonna be some big decisions made at renewal time, oh and another thing, ppl can sit in comfort in the back of the Octavia as well, I dont want to leave Vx, but they imo are going backwards on whats needed and quality.
