    Default Nokia CK-7 with CD70

    Hi All,

First post, so take it easy on me.
    I've got a 55 Signum Face Lift.
I removed my old CK-7 from my last Vec B before I got rid of it in view of fitting into the new car 4 months ago.
In the B, I used an external speaker instead of the stereo speakers but it still muted the radio for me when a call came in.
Question is, to do the same job on the Sig, I assume (by reading some posts) I need a cable but I can not figure our exactly which one.
I would like to use the car speakers but not totally against using an external one again.
Stupid question, if it is a plug in cable, would it also supply power of would I have to get some from somewhere?

Forgot to say, it's for an iPhone, but it has already worked with the car kit.

Autoleads 06-122B will connect the Nokia kit to the car radio, provide power and allow you use the car speakers, the only thing you need to install is the mic.

have you not got the vdo connector ( blue one )taped up inside the glovebox?. if you have this make it all a lot easier... .. also may be worth updating the ck7 to the ck300 which is upgreadable for newer phones... this is the route i went down

Can you give me some pointers where to find this plug?
I'm pretty sure I don't have anything inside my glovebox becuase I've had it out.
Would it be taped to the loom behind?
I'm guessing somewhere behind the radio...

Thought they removed the VDO plug when they changed the cars to the "cdxx" radios ie full can bus. Know that my old 56 plate vec didn't have this hence the SOT lead.
