Your speaking 50-75 quid max for a set of calipers and carriers bud. Really worth while if your changing discs/pads anyway

As for discs/pads in general, discs are discs really it's the pads that can be a problem. Cheap unbranded pads can and will squeel and you'll end up changing them again.

Buy a decent set of branded pads, ebc,VX,Mintex, Ferodo or any of the well known brands

Disc and pad sets from Vauxhall will be less than 100 squid for the front and rear together mate - there is a 314mm setup on eBay for 200 quid if you fancy it, although you'd still need pads and discs for it so you'd be around 300 for the fronts...

They are a nice increase in size with costing a fortune for pads/discs

The pads are identical to the 285 pads
