Default Cabin smell when fan on full speed

Anyone else had this; when the blowers set to screen on full speed (by pressing the switch above the heated rear window switch), that sometimes there appears to be a slight burning smell , smells a bit like a capacitor/resistor burning up , as said only noticed a couple of times over the past few months and I do use that setting quite a lot .
    Cheers Pete

Thanks mate, it could well be that I guess, although it does seem to smell a little more pungent than that.

I had a similar smell like cats pee which would get quite strong once the heat started coming through but then soon went away. That happened at least once on each journey but now it seems to have stopped. Must have been some gunge, maybe dead leaves, lodged in the system.
