    Default Paypal has be hacked

I checked my emails this morning to find that Paypal had emailed me, saying this:

As part of our security measures, we regularly screen activity in the PayPal system. During a recent screening, we noticed an issue regarding your account.
We have reason to believe that your account was accessed by a third party. Because protecting the security of your account is our primary concern, we have limited access to sensitive PayPal account features. We understand that this may be an inconvenience but please understand that this temporary limitation is for your protection.
    Reference Number:
We've limited access to your account temporarily .We'll review the limitation once you respond with the information we've requested.
To respond and remove the limitation, go to the Resolution Centre. If you'd like clarification on the limitation, please let us know by going to the Help Centre and clicking Contact Us.
Thank you for helping to resolve this problem.
    Yours sincerely,
    PayPal Account Review Department

So I changed my password and sercurity questions then noticed that some cheeky ******* has taken $29 from my account.

Also my account has limited access for two weeks

I have opened a dispute. Has this ever happened to anyone else? Did you get your money back?

Did you change your password etc by following a link in the e-mail or did you type paypal's address in your browser manually?

That e-mail is probably a phishing scam designed to get your credentials off you. If you did follow a link in the e-mail, you should immediately log into paypal manually, change your password & security questions etc.

    Thats what happened to me
I followed the link from the email and it was a scam they bought some mini digger tyres in botswana or somewhare, although I must say it was paypal that phoned me to ask if id bought them, as it was different to my normal purchases

Still took 2 weeks to sort it though,
